  • What This Is

1-on-1 parent coaching sessions designed to give you clarity and tools for your child’s brain, emotions, and learning.
No generic “parent tips.” This is custom to your child’s needs.

  • Who It’s For

Parents with kids who have neurological differences (ADHD, autism, anxiety, dyslexia)

Parents navigating meltdowns, shutdowns, or school struggles

Parents who want to feel empowered, not confused or blamed

  • How It Works

    Phase 1 – Brain Profile
We start by creating a clear picture of your child’s brain. This profile highlights strengths to build on, challenges that need support, and sensory/learning patterns that explain why certain behaviors or struggles show up.

    Phase 2 – Home + School Plan
Together, we map supports to the profile, from natural tools at home to advocacy strategies at school, so your child’s brain gets the training and support it needs to reach its potential.

    Phase 3 – Collaboration
I guide you with strategies and scripts to work effectively with teachers, staff, and family. This ensures your child’s needs are understood and supported across every environment.

    Phase 4 – Goal Setting
Finally, we set clear, realistic next steps and measurable goals so you can track progress, celebrate wins, and keep your child moving forward with confidence.

  • I help you understand what’s happening in your child’s brain, then give you tools that match their needs. Each session ends with 1–2 clear actions you can use right away.

  • You’ll receive a custom 4-week plan that fits your child’s needs. This includes step-by-step strategies you can follow at home, plus adjustments if school/IEP support is needed.

  • Therapy often focuses on emotions. Tutoring focuses on academics. Coaching connects the brain + body + behavior, so you know why your child struggles and how to support them at the root.

  • I don’t just manage behavior. I decode it. I use brain-based tools (movement, sensory strategies, language shifts) that directly calm the nervous system and prepare the brain to learn.

  • Yes. If school support is the most urgent need, I’ll guide you on IEP/504 strategies and language so you can advocate confidently.

  • No. Whether your child has ADHD, autism, anxiety, dyslexia, or “no label at all,” I focus on how their brain processes information and stress. The tools adapt to any child.

  • Most parents leave the very first session with clarity, reduced overwhelm, and at least one tool that starts shifting their child’s behavior, focus, or emotions.

  • Yes. Schools can add optional coaching or multi-session implementation sprints to help teachers embed these practices consistently across the year.
