What we’ll do (fast + useful)

  1. Amygdala Alignment™ Check-In – 60-second scan: Is this Physical, Emotional, or Cognitive?

  2. Seven Essential Needs Snapshot – Stability, Connection, Acceptance, Value, Honesty, Clarity, Trust. What’s under-fueled?

  3. Brain-Body Quick Map – Which system needs love: visual processing, rhythm/timing, balance, proprioception, gait/coordination, frontal lobe activation.

  4. Your Next Step – One targeted tool or plan: a regulation routine, a brain-exercise starter, or a language/IEP strategy. You leave with something to use today.

What you leave with

  • A one-sentence root cause (no more chasing 47 symptoms)

  • A mini plan matched to the right layer (physical, emotional, cognitive)

  • If helpful: the right offer (free resources, membership, or 1-1) — no pressure ever

What to bring (optional)

  • 1–2 examples of the hardest moments (school, homework, bedtime, meetings)

How it works

  • Length: 30 minutes on Zoom or phone

  • Cost: Free (because clarity should not be paywalled)

  • After: I’ll send a 1-page recap with the tool(s) we discussed and next steps

  • I help parents understand what’s really happening in their child’s brain. I identify whether the root issue is physical, emotional, or cognitive, then give you a plan that matches your child’s needs.

  • I don’t just manage behavior. I decode the brain-body signals underneath it. Instead of saying “try harder” or “pay attention,” I show you what the brain is missing — and how to meet that need so your child can calm, focus, and learn.

  • I use a mix of brain science, movement-based tools, and emotional regulation strategies. You’ll leave with one clear next step and a practical tool you can start using right away.

  • We use brain-based inputs (movement, sensory, language) to change outputs (attention, mood, learning). Less pep talk, more wiring.

  • The main goal of this session is to identify what your child needs most right now.


    We’ll start there first. If it looks like IEP/504 support is the most important next step, we’ll spend the rest of the call talking through that.

    You’ll leave with:

    • A clear picture of your child’s biggest need

    • One practical tool or strategy you can use today

    • Optional next steps (free resources, membership, or coaching, only if it fits)

  • This is for you to get more education on what’s happening in your child’s brain, and for me to empower you with a plan based on what they need most.
